The external network and security boundary zone deploys boundary gateway routers and next-generation firewalls as the external network access gateway to build a network security boundary; the front-end information and data collection access zone connects monitoring dome cameras, panoramic network cameras, wireless image transmission base stations, and mobile communication terminals through front-end access switches to complete on-site audio and video and data information collection and aggregation.

The core backbone network center adopts a dual-core switch A/B redundancy architecture to ensure high network availability and aggregate business traffic from all areas; the distributed audio and video interaction zone is equipped with audio and video aggregation switches, input encoders, and output decoders to push signals to the command center splicing screen, realizing encoding, decoding, and visual presentation of audio and video signals; the command seating management and interaction zone connects distributed seating terminals through seating access switches for dispatchers to carry out command and dispatch operations.

The security and data center management zone deploys command business application servers, data storage servers, operation and maintenance security bastion hosts, and comprehensive log audit systems, carrying security operation and maintenance capabilities such as business applications, data storage, permission control, and log auditing.

The entire solution integrates network redundancy, boundary security, distributed audio and video scheduling, seating collaboration, and security audit capabilities, meeting business needs such as government command and dispatch, on-site information return, large-screen visualization, and security operation and maintenance, ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of government affairs.
