Campus Networking Solution

This solution adopts a three-tier network architecture to build a 10-gigabit backbone campus integrated audio and video network, covering teaching scenarios such as academic lecture halls, operation and maintenance control centers, recording classrooms, and multimedia classrooms, achieving a full business loop of teaching audio and video collection, encoding and transmission, centralized control, live broadcasting and recording, and visual display.

The network is divided into the core layer, access layer, and application scenario layer. The core layer deploys core switches, which connect upward via a 10-gigabit fiber backbone to POE switches at each access point; the access layer POE switches use PoE over network cables to provide power and data transmission for various front-end audio and video terminals. The application scenario layer deploys equipment on demand: the academic lecture hall is equipped with high-definition cameras, decoders, LED large screens, and professional sound reinforcement systems; the operation and maintenance control center is configured with a central control console, a multi-screen splicing system, and a live broadcast and recording console; the recording classroom deploys 4K recording cameras, pickup microphones, and encoders; the multimedia classroom is equipped with terminals such as interactive large screens, wireless APs, and environmental control panels.

All business data is aggregated to the campus network center and uniformly managed by storage and streaming media servers, video management servers, device management platforms, operation and maintenance monitoring platforms, teaching space platforms, and network management platforms, completing audio and video storage, streaming media distribution, device status monitoring, teaching space scheduling, and entire-network operation and maintenance.

The entire solution relies on the IP network to carry teaching audio and video services, POE power supply simplifies on-site cabling, and the 10-gigabit backbone ensures stable transmission of 4K audio and video with large bandwidth, meeting teaching business needs such as campus remote teaching, classroom recording, lecture hall live broadcasting, and centralized operation and maintenance of multimedia classrooms.
